Charlie Bird Team Confirms the Opening of a Sister Restaurant

Chef Ryan Hardy and sommelier Robert Bohr will open up the sequel to their two-year old Soho hit Charlie Bird in the former location of Toby’s Public House on Kenmare Street. That’s some exciting news, as it means that Hardy and Tim Caspare, who’s the incoming chef de cuisine, will get to put the vacating pizzeria’s wood-burning ovens to work. The as of yet unnamed restaurant will be unsurprisingly wine-oriented, and the same design team behind Charlie Bird, Leroy Street Studio, is designing the 50-seat space.
