French car company Peugeot has launched the food truck of the future: Le Bistrot du Lion, a cool-looking minivan that can also provide delicious lunch. Le Bistrot’s attached trailer turns the van into a pop-up restaurant, complete with two grilling plates, four induction burners, a deep fryer, and two fridges, plus tables for 30 people — and, hidden somewhere in there — a D.J. booth. Also, because it’s French, there’s a built-in espresso machine, as well as some salt and pepper mills.

The swanky ride is definitely a concept car, so don’t expect it to be in the Euro street-food scene in the immediate future. But it does up the ante: Even when Hollywood’s footing the bill, a good paint job is pretty much the most we can expect from a cool American food truck.

Impressive.
Impressive.
