Flourless Passover desserts, like marshmallow twists, jellies, and coconut macaroons, aren’t typically that delicious. Enter Ben & Jerry’s, which has unveiled a limited-time flavor just in time for the holiday: Charoset, with vanilla ice cream and a swirl of fruit-and-nut compote. Right now, the flavor is only available in Israel, but customers are calling the Vermont factory to request it. The last time Ben & Jerry’s introduced a Passover flavor, Matzah Crunch, it flopped, but it looks like this one might go international. [PRI]
