We’re Off to Bake Lots of Gingerbread

It wasn’t snowing outside the last time we checked, but that does not mean that things around these parts aren’t about to get intensely festive. The oven is preheated and the ginger is grated, so we’re about to go all out with the pain d’épices, which is not going to bake itself. Things will resume here just after the weekend, when we’ll start looking ahead to 2015. Until then, happy holidays.
