They broke out the tweezers and did their best Alinea impression last year, and today Real Kitchen is back with another Halloween spectacular. The home-cooking inspired establishment’s parody of Grant Achatz’s food was decidedly lighthearted, but this time they’ve gone all out: Cooks at the Veritable & the Scullery don “blacksmithing aprons from the 1400s, freeze ice cubes to order, and garnish the restaurant’s signature dish with foraged Skittles and the metallic dust from scratch-off lotto tickets.
