We’re happy to hear that Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg founders Jonathan Butler and Eric Demby have signed on to bring both the market and the food vendors to a 30,000-square-foot Crown Heights space, where they’ll ride out the winter with a roof over their heads from November 8 until March. The official address is 1000 Dean Street, but the winter market space is connected to Demby and Butler’s Berg’n, the colossal and booming food hall and beer garden complex they opened last month. “You can do Flea and Berg’n and not leave the building,” Demby says.
