This week, Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick soft-opened their Lobby Bar inside the Ludlow Hotel, with famed bearded ZZ’s Clam Bar bartender Thomas Waugh at the helm. (You’ll have to wait until the end of the month for their restaurant, Dirty French.) The ambitious cocktail menu includes drinks like a Montecristo (Irish whiskey, crème de banane, amontillado, and lime), and the Zaragoza, with Reposado tequila, vanilla yogurt, crème de peche, lime, and clove. Take a look at the booze and the menu, straight ahead.
