Just in time for the hottest part of July comes a six-day poutine gauntlet thrown down by Noah Bernamoff and his kitchen crews at Mile End Brooklyn and Manhattan. Poutine Week is a reprise of a curd-palooza held earlier, and the setup, basically, is that there’s a new, mind-bending variation for you to try each day from Tuesday July 15 through July 20. Varieties include chilaquiles poutine, with beef tongue, curds, and salsa verde; the chopped smoked meat burger poutine has American cheese sauce and all the fixins’. Thanksgiving and General Tso’s versions are exactly what they sound like, and there’s a shaved foie gras torchon-topped poutine to round everything out. (That one also comes with classic cheese curds and gravy.)

Unlike Mile End’s last poutine blowout, all the limited-edition poutines will be available all days, Tuesday through Sunday. The best part: Survive Eat all five versions, present your commemorative punch-out card, and you’ll be eligible for a free large classic poutine, which you thankfully can redeem at your leisure.
