Maison Premiere’s Labor Day Party; Martha’s One-Year Anniversary

Maison Premiere will host a Labor Day party on September 1, with doors opening at noon for oysters, chilled seafood, cocktails, chef specials, and live music. Hearth will have a "Salute to the Tomato" dinner on August 13, teaming up with Tim Stark of Pennsylvania's Eckerton Hill Farm. Each dish of the four-course, $110 per person meal will include tomatoes, including a tomato-braised porchetta and tomato tarte tatin with lemon basil ice cream.
