Harris Salat, owner of two-year-old Ganso in Downtown Brooklyn, has teamed up with Tadashi Ono, who most recently was the chef at MaisonO, which closed earlier this month in Nolita. The pair have written a few great cookbooks together, and while Ganso will remain Stamina Ramen central, Salat and Ono will next open Ganso Yaki, a grilled meats and street food restaurant, around the corner on Atlantic Avenue this fall, then follow that up with another place the Times reports will be a “Japanese fish shack.” [NYT, Related]
