In addition to his bustling Tertulia and El Colmado in Gotham West Market, Seamus Mullen has already been confirmed for a farm-to-table restaurant in Brooklyn Bridge Park, and now here's news that the multitasking chef is also opening a restaurant at the Mondrian London at Sea Containers this summer. The hotel says the restaurant will "combine the best of Britain with America," and will otherwise lean on a steady influx of raw materials from nearby Borough Market. Hot Dinners reports that Luke Rayment, who cooked for Gordon Ramsay, will be executive chef, and barman Ryan Chetiyawardana will open an adjoining cocktail bar called Dandelyan, which is also expected to make use of herbs, fruits, and vegetables from the market.
