Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi are opening an outpost of their three-year-old Mulberry Street sandwich shop Parm in Williamsburg, off Bedford Avenue; another is headed to a space near Barclays Center; and yet another is soon to open in Brookfield Place. Count the Yankee Stadium Parm and the Upper West Side one that was announced in February, and, well, that’s six Parms all-day. Earlier this year, the guys indicated their Columbus Avenue location would open this summer, and a flurry of activity at the address certainly indicates they’re on track: There’s an auction being held today to clear out what remains of Lansky’s Old World Deli, the former tenant, and last week the restaurateurs applied for their liquor license at the space.
