Here she is, folks. Photo: Mimi Brodeur/Twitter

Back in 1994, Mimi Brodeur's inaugural Patriot-News review led with a 100-word bio so Harrisburg, Pennsylvania–area readers could at least see her qualifications. Today, her editor admits, "anyone who took the time could find her photo on the web," so the paper and Brodeur say they're done with the charade, citing precedent set by New York's own Adam Platt. Her column got its first photo yesterday, so now, Brodeur says, "after they recognize me," places with bad food or poor service can "also start to act very awkward." [PennLive]
