You are probably familiar with Dinner Lab, the ten-city pop-up supper club. You might even know that they are in the midst of running a competition to select a chef for a new permanent restaurant. And now they’re doing something else cool: While access to the club’s dinners typically requires membership, the group is releasing 75 tickets for non-members for a dinner taking place in New York on June 28. For $85 per person, chef Jacob Cureton — read about him here — will be cooking you things like venison crusted with coriander and suman, a duo of raw mackerel and duck liver with sugar snaps and spring onions, and a corn stew with boiled peanuts. Yes, you want to eat these things. Get to it. [Official site]
