Members-only supper club Dinner Lab, which operates in ten cities across the U.S., connects up-and-coming chefs with adventurous diners. (Think 12-course Vietnamese feasts, dessert tastings …). The company recently raised $2.1 million in funding, and they’re putting that money to good use: Through a new contest, diners will rate their meals, and the top-ranking chef will win the help of Dinner Lab in opening a permanent restaurant. Apparently, this will be the first-ever restaurant generated entirely from user feedback. So for $175 a year, you can make like you’re a Top Chef judge. [Earlier]
