After a few days of friends-and-family dinners, Keith McNally’s much-anticipated replacement for Pulino’s is finally open to the public this evening. Balthazar and Minetta Tavern fans will be pleased to find something familiar: Daniel Parilla and Shane McBride are behind a French-skewing menu that includes frog legs, lobster ravioli, steak frites, and a prime-rib burger with bacon marmalade, roasted mushrooms, and Gruyère cheese. Pastry chef Laura Werts’s desserts follow the classic format, too: crêpes Suzette, a lemon tart, and two soufflés — chocolate and raspberry. Take a look at the space and the menus, straight ahead.
