The guys at the revered Big Gay Ice Cream Shop will open a Philadelphia location sometime in August or September, philly.com reports. Brian Petroff and Doug Quint will set up shop down the block from two of acclaimed Philly chef Marc Vetri’s restaurants — Vetri and Amis — in the new SouthStar development. Big Gay Ice Cream also has a downtown L.A. location in the works. [philly.com]
