Trevor Kunk, who served as chef de cuisine at Dan Barber’s Blue Hill, is now behind the line at Press in St. Helena. The restaurant boasts an all-Napa wine list, and as one might expect from the farm-focused chef, Kunk is reportedly already bonding with local producers over vegetables and pasture-raised meat.
