The writer and proprietor of PDT will from here on out be dispensing "tips, recipes and thoughts on everything related to cocktail culture and the well-curated drinking life" at Tasting Table. First up is a cold drink made from cassis, Byrrh, and wheat beer that can be made in pitchers, which the site (very plausibly) has dubbed its Official Drink of Summer.
