A little more than a month ago, René Redzepi announced a two-month Noma Japan pop-up, which he said would involve transporting everything but the raw ingredients to Tokyo. Today the Copenhagen restaurant, which recently retook the top spot on the “World’s 50 Best” list, announced its residency will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and while most of the details are still under wraps, we now know it’s all going down January 9 through 31, 2015, and prospective diners can register now to get more details as they become available. Reservations open up on June 23. [Official Site, Related]
