Tonight at a CB2 Queens meeting, M. Wells Dinette and M. Wells Steakhouse owners Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis are expected to discuss plans for something the agenda bills as the “First Annual Live Music And Film Festival,” which is to be held in the lot adjacent to the latter restaurant. The pair won’t share any details with the Daily News, which spotted the item, but the paper notes that developer Rockrose Development Corp., which owns the Steakhouse complex, is also somehow involved. Does this mean we can expect horse bologna, fish-whacking demonstrations, and lots of dancing? We’ll find out soon enough. [NYDN, Related]
