The food manufacturer is recalling a lot of cottage cheese, sold under a variety of names, because it apparently wasn’t held at the appropriate temperature, which can lead to premature spoilage and possible illness. The effected products are stamped with expiration dates between May 9 and July 23, and in other news, it seems there are enough people out there who still eat cottage cheese to support an industry that has 1.2 million cases of product in circulation at any given time.
