Governors Island’s New Food Vendors; Inaugural Taste of Bushwick

• Jose Andres has created a special menu for Umami Burger that launches tomorrow. It includes the Jose Andres burger (with piquillo-pepper confit and Manchego), patatas bravas, and date-and-cured-ham pinxtos. [Grub Street]
