Len Travis, the adorable owner of Roseville Station in Sacramento, says police officers dragged him across the floor and arrested him on a misdemeanor violation back in 2012 for allowing his equally adorable customers to dance in the bar area. The city of Roseville has actually been trying to shut him (and his rhythm-loving patrons) down since 2008, so now Travis is suing for false arrest. “In Roseville, they don’t like freedom,” says his lawyer, who’s clearly been getting legal advice from Kevin Bacon’s character in Footloose.
