Chuck E. Cheese Locations Test Oculus Rift ‘Ticket Blasters’

Oculus Rift is no longer just for repressed factory-farmed chickens, it seems: Chuck E. Cheese is currently testing a virtual-reality-esque “Ticket Blaster” station in three markets. The chain, which sold to Hostess Brands owner Apollo Global Management earlier this year for $950 million, says they are contemplating other uses for the technology, so clearly the long-promised age of subpar VR pizza parties is finally upon us.
