In a long interview with Andrew Friedman over at Toqueland, Anthony Bourdain talks about the various things on his plate. There are a lot of things: A sequel to Get Jiro!, his 2010 “gourmet slaughterfest” of a graphic novel, is happening, as is a feature-length documentary on the chef Jeremiah Tower. (“I don’t think he’s received his due.”) Bourdain’s CNN show Parts Unknown has just been renewed for four more seasons, and meanwhile, his Ecco imprint will publish a memoir by famed manager Shep Gordon. He also adds that the global street-food market he’s opening in New York has already attracted some “really mind-blowing” vendors. [Toqueland, Related]
