Rob Shamlian closed his seafood-focused Orchard Street restaurant after service on Tuesday. The restaurateur will replace it with a Southern-style place called Biscuits and Bourbon that will likely serve both of those things, especially if CB3 Manhattan approves plans for an alteration next week.
