Daniel Boulud signed a lease to open a DBGB Bar & Kitchen outpost in the same complex last year, so at least the chef would be in good company. “We were looking at doing Milk Bar down here because [pastry chef Christina] Tosi and I are both from here,” Chang told the Washington Post, in 2009. “It still might happen.
