On April 7, Boulud Sud's executive chef Travis Swikard will launch his special Voyages dinner series, a monthly event meant to highlight different cuisines from Mediterranean regions. April's location is Israel, and each menu will feature four courses and will run guests $95.
Starting on April 1, Certe will offer its first-ever vegetable sandwich of the month: the F.A.S. (fried asparagus socca). The sandwich is made up of parsley and romano-crusted, slow-roasted asparagus, lemon-caper-whipped potatoes, and a chickpea crepe. [Grub Street]
