Spice Market Celebrates 10 Years; Madison Square Eats Returns in May

• With warmer temperatures on the way, Madison Square Eats will return to Madison Square Park from May 2 to May 31 this year. Vendors include Red Hook Lobster Pound, Momofuku Milk Bar, Roberta’s, and more to be announced in the coming weeks. [Grub Street]

Baohaus chef turned memoirist Eddie Huang is now podcasting for BlogTalkRadio. He’ll co-host a weekly program, “Monsodium Glutamate,” with former ESPN the Magazine writer Elena Bergeron. [Grub Street]

Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken has launched its first sandwich, the Blue Ribbon, stacked high with crispy breast, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumbers, and special sauce. The $7 sandwich can also be loaded with pickled peppers for an extra 50 cents. [Grub Street]
