Shake Shack and Stumptown’s Affogato Giveaway; Osteria Morini’s Steak Special

• Warriors in Motion’s 1st Annual Master Chef Celebration will take place on March 26 from to 10 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The event will feature dishes cooked by chefs like Pork Slope’s Dale Talde, Harold Moore of Commerce, Lure Fishbar’s Josh Capon, and Bill Telepan of Telepan Local. Tickets for the event, which benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and the Adaptive Sports Foundation, are $500 per person. Au Za’atar opens next Monday, March 10, at 188 Avenue A. The menu is based on family recipes of chef Salwa Fallous, a Lebanese native, and features dishes like falafel, grilled kebabs, Mediterranean cheeses such as halloumi, alongside plenty of organic and natural wines, craft beers, and housemade sangrias.
