Today at Starbucks' annual meeting for shareholders, the company announced that it's joining forces with Oprah Winfrey on a "first-of-its-kind collaboration": Teavana® Oprah Chai Tea. Unlike BiteLabs celebrity salami, the tea is not actually made from bits of Oprah, but instead, a custom-blend of loose-leaf black and rooibos teas with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and clove. The Oprah tea will be sold at Starbucks and Teavana stores across the U.S and Canada starting on April 29, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation, of course.
