On March 17, Franny’s will debut a special “Sweet 16” pizza menu, with varieties like “The Radichulous” (pork shoulder, radicchio, garlic, Grana Padano), “Carrot Top” (spicy carrots, ricotta, garlic, currants), and “The First Date” (prosciutto Cotto, potatoes, onions, and dates). But the 16 pies won’t be around for long: It’s a popularity contest, and the menu gets reduced to eight pies on Tuesday, four on Wednesday, and a championship showdown on Thursday.
