Cooks From Pok Pok and The Pines Join Forces on Cantine Pop-up

Marie Tribouilloy, who worked behind the line at The Pines, and Alicia Parter, who cooks at Pok Pok Ny, occasionally serve four-course meals under the nom de pop-up Cantine. Tonight they’ll be at Fritzl’s Lunch Box in Bushwick for two seatings, serving things like rilettes with lentils and Japanese curry, and pommes Dauphines with veal liver and greens.
