Last month, Momofuku chef and owner David Chang tweeted that Thirty Acres — which is owned and operated by former Noodle Bar chef de cuisine Kevin Pemoulie and his wife, Alex — “would get national attention” if it took its menu of things like fluke crudo and roast chicken with lobster sauce and rye berries anywhere in New York City. (Our own Underground Gourmet found it inspiring, as did Andrew Zimmern.) If the restaurant’s no-reservations policy has been holding you back, you’ll be delighted to learn that Thirty Acres now accepts dinner reservations across the board, for parties ranging in size from one person to eight guests. Make them here. [Official Site, Related]
