Glasserie owner Sara Conklin and chef Sara Kramer tell Grub that they're parting ways: Conklin has hired a new chef, Eldad Shem Tov, who has trained at Noma and cooked at Shakuf in Jaffa. "His food is soulful and rustic, and a natural fit for Glasserie," Conklin says. Kramer — a talented chef beloved for her large-format rabbit dish — is in her final few weeks at the Greenpoint restaurant.
