Piora’s Winter Citrus Tasting Menu; Valentine’s Day at Momofuku

• McDonald’s has opened a store in Ho Chi Minh City — its first in Vietnam — thanks to a partnership with the son-in-law of Vietnam’s prime minister, Nguyen Tan Dung. [AFP]
