Piora’s Winter Citrus Tasting Menu; Valentine’s Day at Momofuku

• McDonald’s has opened a store in Ho Chi Minh City — its first in Vietnam — thanks to a partnership with the son-in-law of Vietnam’s prime minister, Nguyen Tan Dung. [AFP]

Piora now offers a four-course tasting menu centered around winter citrus. The menu, which costs $85 per person, features dishes like a beet agnolotti with citrus-poppy-seed sauce, and is available in both the dining room and bar area. [Grub Street]
