One of the last few times he was in Paris, Secretary of State John Kerry was photographed gifting two comically large Idaho potatoes to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. This time out, he apparently opted to be the recipient of some food and visited Chicago-born chef Daniel Rose’s acclaimed 40-seat restaurant, Spring, for a meal.
