Former Scarpetta chef Chris Wyman is now cooking at Corvo Bianco on the Upper West Side, the New York Times reports, replacing Elizabeth Falkner. The San Francisco transplant left Brooklyn pizzeria Krescendo in May of 2013 and re-emerged at Corvo Bianco with a menu of “coastal Italian” food a few months later. This morning, Falkner tweeted a link to a release indicating her ongoing culinary work with the Holland America cruise line. [NYT, Related]
