An intrepid coffee expert named Nick Cho will go up against the fearsome, single-cup-slinging Alpha Dominche Steampunk 2.1 beginning at 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Lamill Coffee Roastery and Workshop in Alhambra, California. Sprudge has all the details and competition parameters, but essentially, both Cho and the human-assisted robot will have 14 minutes to brew five different coffee varieties, and the cups will then be judged by experts, who will crown a winner.
