Colman Andrews and Ruth Reichl Talk; Momofuku’s Besties Series

• James Ramirez, an opening cook at Mission Cantina, is cooking a dinner centered on his secret carnitas recipe at Crow Hill Supper Club on February 28 at 7:30 p.m. The meal will also feature tamales, citrus salad, and flan de cajeta alongside unlimited Singapore Slings and mezcal. • On March 3, at 6 p.m., Food Network personality Sunny Anderson will host Small Plates, Big Hearts, a benefit for NYC’s Food and Finance High School. There will be cocktails, food from restaurants like L’Apicio and Union Square Café, a live and silent auction, as well as an appearance by Bobby Flay.
