Colman Andrews and Ruth Reichl Talk; Momofuku’s Besties Series

• James Ramirez, an opening cook at Mission Cantina, is cooking a dinner centered on his secret carnitas recipe at Crow Hill Supper Club on February 28 at 7:30 p.m. The meal will also feature tamales, citrus salad, and flan de cajeta alongside unlimited Singapore Slings and mezcal.
