Boulud Alum Chad Brauze Replaces David Malbequi at Rôtisserie Georgette

Over on the Upper East Side, David Malbequi has left the kitchen at Rôtisserie Georgette, Georgette Farkas’s two-and-a-half-month-old roast-chicken-and-truffle-heavy restaurant.
