Sad news for fans of soulful French bistro cuisine: Calliope’s talented husband-and-wife team of Ginevra Iverson and Eric Korsh have split with financial partner Eric Anderson and are no longer running the restaurant. Iverson and Korsh, who are still minority owners, say that they’re looking for a new place or project and that it will most likely be French. So let’s hope that their signature eggs mayonnaise, spicy mackerel, hot-and-sour lamb neck, and baba rhum find a new home soon.
