Food & Wine will bring Anthony Bourdain onboard as “illustrator-in-residence,” the first step toward his upcoming solo show at the Guggenheim and a potential career retrospective at MoMA. Well, the illustrator-in-residence bit is happening, at least, and Tony joins Grant Achatz, Hugh Acheson, Mario Batali, David Chang, Eric Ripert, and Andrew Zimmern, who will begin to make appearances as the first wave of chefs-in-residence within the pages of the magazine’s redesigned February issue.
