Watch Daisuke Nakazawa Practice His Craft at Sushi Nakazawa

The Times posted this great short video to accompany Pete Wells’s laudatory four-star review of Sushi Nakazawa. He also does some shopping for live, squirmy shrimp, which are later served at the restaurant.
