The founder and chief executive of the Snarf's chain says he's "deeply sorry" for the way workers were let go in advance of the location's "reconcepting" that is to say, via e-mail with tone-deaf bullet points, and giving just one day's notice, right before Christmas. "We recognize now we acted rashly," Jim Siedel said in a statement.
