Il Buco Alimentari Honors Judy Rodgers With Zuni Café Dishes

This weekend, Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria pays special tribute to San Francisco chef Judy Rodgers, who died earlier this week at the age of 57, by offering dishes from her acclaimed Zuni Caf Cookbook. Starting Friday, Chef Justin Smillie will cook Rogers's celebrated staples, Caesar salad and roast chicken for two, plus ricotta gnocchi with carrots and chervil and gougères with prosciutto and pickled onion, in addition to the regular menu.
