Meet the USA’s Bocuse d’Or 2015 Competitors

The all-star dream team of Head Coach Gavin Kaysen, joined by Grant Achatz, Gabriel Kreuther, and Richard Rosendale will prepare Philip Tessier and his commis Skylar Stover to compete in the 2015 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France. Tessier currently works as executive sous chef at the French Laundry, while Stover is currently the chef de partie in the same kitchen. As always, the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation’s powerhouse trio of Jerome Bocuse, Thomas Keller, and Daniel Boulud will also provide crucial assistance to the pair as they embark on several months of very intense training.
