Houghton Mifflin Harcourt will publish Robert Sietsema’s New York in a Dozen Dishes, described as a “multi-decade foray through the city, exploring a cross-section of its most significant foods, from pizza to masala dosa, and the culture and communities that have surrounded them.” No word just yet on when the book will come out, but it will include recipes, and we can’t wait.
