Lure’s Robert Collins Opening Mexican Restaurant in Tribeca

The general manager of Lure Fishbar is breaking off on his own to open a “Mexican seafood” restaurant in the old Churrascaria space. A sneak peek at the work-in-progress menu revealed that Collins won’t offer tacos, but he will serve dishes like whole-fried pink snapper, a duck-crudo tostada, and quinoa ceviche with coconut milk and avocado.
